Municipal Library Reader Cards

For registered library borrowers, we maintain name, postal address, email, and current book loans. This information is stored on a localized municipal computer without external internet exposure, utilized solely to track checked-out items and notify patrons of reserved titles.

3. Zero Commercial Exploitation & Cookie Policy

We do not utilize commercial tracking pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, or third-party marketing trackers (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). The only cookies generated by our web server are technical session cookies necessary for security and basic navigation functionality. These technical cookies do not require prior consent under CNIL guidelines.

4. Retention Periods and Security Safeguards

Contact form messages are retained for a maximum duration of 12 months after the final correspondence, after which they are permanently deleted from our electronic mailboxes. Reader borrowing records are automatically erased as soon as borrowed books are returned in good condition.
