True literacy extends beyond reading printed novels; it includes the ability to comprehend civic reports, analyze environmental research, and engage with verified local documentation. The Association des Amis de la Licorne operates a non-commercial editorial committee that produces accessible, high-quality public interest literature for our rural territory.
Too frequently, valuable regional research produced by university scholars, environmental scientists, and historical researchers remains trapped in expensive academic journals or dense institutional archives inaccessible to everyday citizens. Our publication series bridges this chasm by translating scientific and historical findings into beautifully designed, clear, and engaging brochures, field guides, and annual bulletins distributed freely to all households in Liginiac.

Our publications are produced without commercial influence. Authors, contributors, and photographers volunteer their creative talents without financial compensation. We do not accept paid advertorials, corporate sponsorships, or political propaganda.
Every manuscript is fact-checked and reviewed by our editorial sub-committee, ensuring that historical details align with official municipal registries and departmental archives. Printing costs are financed directly through our municipal cultural grant, fulfilling our public mandate to return public funds to the community in the form of tangible educational value.
How to Obtain Copies
Free Physical and Institutional Distribution
Printed copies of all active bulletins and guides are freely available at the municipal library reception during scheduled opening hours, as well as at the secretariat of the Mairie de Liginiac.
Regional schools, municipal libraries across Corrèze, and non-profit cultural associations may request bulk sets of our educational brochures free of charge for classroom or workshop use. Simply contact our secretariat to coordinate postal dispatch or collection in Liginiac.
